Hartwell Ridge is a 168-unit student housing community near Clemson on Lake Hartwell’s Seneca side. It offers studio to five-bedroom apartments with condo-style finishes and a full range of amenities. BlueGold Construction Management provided third-party scheduling services for the project on behalf of Van Winkle Construction.
